We start by asking questions like:

Our scope outlines objectives, timeline, and introduces a multidisciplinary ESC team aligned with your needs.
We analyze your financials, by laws, programs, and organizational structure, together with community needs and external trends, and conduct extensive stakeholder interviews. This discovery process ensures a thorough understanding of your ecosystem, including your nonprofit’s internal and external strengths, as well as the gaps to address.
Based on insights from the discovery phase and planning sessions, the ESC Consulting Team works with you to craft a strategic planning framework that includes:
- Prioritized goals, with a clear map that links strategies and outcomes.
- Reasonable time frames for each goal, taking into consideration your nonprofit’s available resources.
- Measures of success and KPIs
- A final Strategic Plan will be presented to you and/or your Board for review and approval.
