TESTIMONIAL

Being part of ESC’s Nonprofit Executive Roundtable continues to be transformative. The insights and practical skills I gained didn’t just help me tackle challenges—they reminded me that many of the hurdles we face as nonprofit leaders are universal. I also received a necessary acknowledgement that this country’s landscape and politics do impact women, POC, and LGBTQ nonprofit leaders in specific ways. It was great to be able to parse that out with others. There’s comfort and power in knowing I’m not navigating this work alone.
