Based on the discovery process, ESC matches you with an experienced consultant who brings both deep nonprofit leadership expertise and proven one-on-one coaching experience. The goal is a strong, trust-based coaching relationship that supports openness, growth, and accountability.
Together, you and your coach establish clear, personalized coaching goals. These may include strengthening leadership presence, clarifying vision, navigating organizational change, improving decision-making, or enhancing team alignment. Goals are translated into a practical coaching framework that guides each session while remaining flexible as needs evolve.
Coaching is delivered through confidential, one-on-one sessions over an agreed-upon timeframe.
