Thank you ESC’s Summer 2026 Interns
Thank you ESC’s Summer 2026 Interns
This summer, ESC is thrilled to welcome three talented new interns to our team: Juliette Coley, Jack DiGangi, and Anne-Sophie Frederick.
They are already contributing to ESC’s work in meaningful ways by supporting key priorities across ESC. By refreshing our materials, enhancing systems, and strengthening how we connect with partners and stakeholders, we’re increasing our capacity to advance our mission. It is deeply meaningful to be able to support early career professionals who are committed to values-aligned and mission-driven organizations, and we hope this experience helps them gain a clearer understanding of the many roles, functions, and pathways possible within the social sector. We are energized by their commitment to learning, their curiosity, and their dedication to strengthening the nonprofit field.

Juliette Coley is our Marketing & Communications Intern. She is a rising junior at Bowdoin College studying History and Government and Legal Studies. She’s interested in the art of storytelling through media and the arts, and enjoys watching historical documentaries in her free time.

Jack DiGangi is our External Outreach & Operations Intern. He is a rising senior at UMASS Amherst studying Public Policy and Political Science. Having worked with students throughout his life and, more recently, on the legislative side of education policy, Jack aspires to build a career focused on empowering students through meaningful policy initiatives. In his free time, he enjoys playing Fantasy Football.

Anne-Sophie Frederick is our Process Improvement & Internal Systems Intern. She is a rising senior at Williams College studying Computer Science and East Asian Languages & Cultures. She is passionate about expanding access to opportunity at the intersection of language, education, and technology. In her free time, she enjoys songwriting and learning languages.
A special thank you to Bowdoin College and The Forest Foundation for supporting this paid internship program and making this opportunity possible.
Thank you, Juliette, Jack, and Anne-Sophie, for the amazing work you’ve done so far and that you will continue to do during your time here at ESC.
