Announcing Senior Director of Programs

We are thrilled to share that Sabeta Jarba joined ESC as our new Senior Director of Programs on January 20.

In her most recent role as Deputy Director at SparkShare in Boston, Sabeta led program strategy and oversaw a network of nonprofit and community partners, cultivating strong external relationships that drove collaboration and impact. She also managed the full client engagement lifecycle.

Sabeta’s values and demonstrated experience position her to build on ESC’s success, ensure strong and successful client engagements, and lead innovation as we enter a period of strategic growth. In this role, she will shape the future of ESC’s consulting services and programs, helping us deepen impact and strengthen nonprofits across New England.
